Monthly Art Therapy Sundays

Kimberley Boudville is a certified art therapist and visual artist whose practice centres on using art as a gentle yet powerful tool for emotional processing, self-awareness, and healing. Her approach prioritises the process of making over the final artwork, allowing individuals to express what may be difficult to articulate through words alone.

Drawing from both therapeutic frameworks and her lived experience as a visual artist, Kimberley creates sessions that are grounded, intuitive, and deeply human. She guides participants through structured yet open-ended art-making exercises that help surface emotions, reflect on inner experiences, and build healthier emotional regulation.

Held at temu house as a safe, supportive space, Kimberley’s art therapy sessions invite participants to slow down, feel, and reconnect—with themselves—through creativity.

About art therapy

Art therapy is a mental health practice that uses creative expression (like drawing, painting, sculpting) within a therapeutic relationship to help people explore emotions, reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and resolve conflicts, especially when words fail, focusing on the process of making art for healing rather than artistic skill.

About Kimberley Boudville
