Yin Yang Yoga

YinYang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Joanna will start the practice with deep and introspective yin yoga. Then, evolve into an energising and rejuvenating yang flow that sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Thosai is known to have existed since the 5th Century AD. A staple diet of the Indian subcontinent. It is made from fermented batter consisting of lentils and rice. A perfectly balanced meal for a post Yoga session.

About B.est Mind & Body

B.est mind & body is a concept developed by Sue and Bru

no, two passionate but radically different people, with one vision to offer a wellness space in the heart of the city.

Bruno, a renowned and professional dancer from a hybrid background who graced the stages in Paris and around the world for many years, before making Malaysia home over 12 years ago. He has worked very successfully as a personal trainer and wants to share his knowledge and learning with the members of B.est. His love of movement, fluidity and professional comprehension of preparing the body and maintaining a healthy mind is evident in what he has curated at B.est.

Sue spent many years working in global advertising agencies in highly pressured positions, with responsibility for major accounts. However, her move to Malaysia over 17 years ago started her love for yoga and meditation. Her main focus has been on Iyengar and Yin yoga, and Sue has enhanced her learning and development by attending courses and workshops in India and Indonesia and now actively wishes to share these experiences with the members of B.est.

The hopes and desires of Bruno and Sue have manifested themselves in B.est mind & body.

At B.est mind and body we are passionate about embracing the local culture and showcasing many styles of exercise unique to the region, for example Silat, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, etc... through workshops and regular classes.

It is important for our studio to work exclusively with Malaysian instructors and to afford them the opportunity to share their knowledge with the members.

The energy from the Malaysian youth is what brings B.est to the front of the wellness/fitness stage in Kuala Lumpur.
