The Unsung Voices : Women Living with HIV
Solo Exhibition By Caroline Rajan
“The Voice, Reaction, and Celebration of Women Unheard.”
Caroline Rajan is a Malaysian visual abstract artist whose work explores themes of identity, resilience and womanhood. Living with HIV for over two decades, Caroline uses art as both expression and advocacy - transforming her lived experience into powerful narratives that challenge stigma and celebrate strength.
Unsung Voices began as a project to highlight the stories of women living with HIV, but along the way, it unfolded into something far more personal and is a reection of her own journey as both a woman and an artist. Through layers of abstract expression, she explores healing, vulnerability and strength, allowing emotion to take form through colour and texture.
This exhibition is a space of truth and trans-formation. Her work invites viewers to look beyond labels and see the humanity, beauty and courage that exist within every story.
Caroline’s art stands a testament to survival, self-acceptance and the enduring power of the human spirit.
