Escape to the shore without leaving the studio! Join our special still life painting session themed 'From the Beach'. We'll set up beautiful arrangements featuring treasures gathered from the coastline – think glistening seashells, weathered driftwood, smooth sea glass, and perhaps a sun-bleached starfish. It's your chance to capture the serene beauty and unique textures of the ocean's bounty on canvas. Come, find your calm, and let the seaside inspire your strokes!
This is a guided session. All experience levels are welcomed. There will be a short briefing and demonstration in the beginning of the session and then you are free to explore on your own and I’ll be ready to jump in if you require any assistance.
This will be a 2hr session, with all materials provided.

During the workshop, you will learn how to:
Create realistic textures in paint, such as the smooth surface of glass, the rough texture of burlap, and the soft folds of fabric.
Use light and shadow to create depth and dimension in your painting.
Compose a still life that is both visually appealing and balanced.
