START. STOP. SHIFT.
She's Not Done.
A conversation about women reinventing in midlife.
Why this conversation? Why now?
This event lands during Menopause Awareness Month. It's a natural moment to widen the conversation from menopause itself to the bigger question underneath it, what it means to be seen at midlife, not just in terms of symptoms, but in terms of what a woman is still capable of.

START
MARGARET CHEW. Mountaineer. In her 50s, and in 2026 she attempted to summit Mount Everest. She reached Camp 4, the highest camp before the summit, before unusually heavy traffic forced her to turn back, climbing through grief just months after losing her youngest son, Joseph. "Every woman has her Everest." The conversation goes beyond the climb, into ambition, fear and what it means to keep going when the summit isn't reached. A story about courage, resilience and purpose, and why the climb was never only about the top.

STOP
REJINA RAHIM. Co-Founder, Wahine Capital. Nearly three decades in investment management before founding, then recently closing, Wahine Capital. One of the original women featured in Menopause Asia's #SeenAtMidlife campaign at launch in 2025. A story about the courage and wisdom to close one chapter and her learnings from it.

SHIFT
ALICE AU. Founder, Prime Midlife. Built a career in insurance in Singapore, then spent 15 years in banking in London, until 40 arrived with redundancy, a health scare and a divorce, all at once. She went on to found Prime Midlife, a coaching platform for professionals across Asia Pacific navigating exactly that kind of reset. A story about what falls apart, and the decade you build in its place.
Menopause Asia and Temu House are coming together to create a space for 30 women in midlife to learn, connect and talk honestly about this season of life. START. STOP. SHIFT. is the first of a hoped-for quarterly series through 2027, real conversations, real women, all transitioning through midlife and asking the question, "What's next?"
