Monthly Art Therapy Sundays
New at temu house — Monthly Sunday Art Therapy Sessions Starting this year, temu house introduces a monthly Sunday Art Therapy session led by Kimberley Boudville, a Certified Art Therapist.
These sessions offer a gentle, guided space to slow down, reflect, and express — using art as a tool for emotional processing, self-awareness, and care. No art experience is needed; just come as you are.
About art therapy
Art therapy is a mental health practice that uses creative expression (like drawing, painting, sculpting) within a therapeutic relationship to help people explore emotions, reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and resolve conflicts, especially when words fail, focusing on the process of making art for healing rather than artistic skill.

About Kimberley Boudville
Kim is a certified art therapist, award-winning visual artist and children’s picture book author whose practice centers around the emotional landscapes of grief, memory, and the passage of time.
A monthly pause for your mind, heart, and creativity — held safely, thoughtfully, and with intention.
Date: 18th Jan 2026
Day: Sunday
Time: 2:00pm (each session would last between 1hr - 1.5hrs) Price: RM120 per person (limited sized classes)
