This October, we’re making zines and stories inspired by the uneasy, the uncanny, the inexplicable—the strange whispers of nature, the shadowed stare of the urban sprawl.

What to expect?

SHARING SESH - a short talk by Daphne Lee about the history and culture of zines, and share her zines and zine-making process

PARALLEL PLAY - In a horror movie, you never split up if you wanna stay alive! Let's gather up and get through the horror of the Creative Process together!

and finally.. SHOW N’ TELL -   Ghost stories are only fun with people to listen to them!  Show us what you’ve made during the session!!

️NO PHONE ZONE

absolutely no AI, Google, ChatGPT and the like. In fact, no tablets or screens! Let's take a break from our screens and go back to our roots with some good ol' fashioned drawing & writing. You might surprise yourself!

NOTE: this is a sit-on-the-floor event. feel free to bring cushions or camping chair if you need one! (we also have limited tables and chairs, please let us know if you require one!)
