Class covers 30mins strength training warm up with resistance bands (included), before the fun basic Animal Flow session.
Animal Flow is a dynamic and creative activity that builds mobility, strength and motor control. It was created to benefit people of all ages since it helps coordination and reduces risks from falls.
Both strength training warm up and Animal Flow exercises can be done anywhere, be it at home or when you travel, without needing gym equipment.
Bring mat and towel. Yoga blocks optional.
