Chef Brandon Rodrigues a graduate of KDU University in culinary arts is a private chef in Kuala Lumpur, citing an impressive resume with stints in several French restaurants before moving up to some of Asia’s top restaurants such as Nadodi - in KL and Odette in Singapore under the influence of reputable chefs such as Chef Sricharan, Johnson Ebenezer & Julian Royer.

Brandon decided to embark on his culinary journey to delight his customers as a personal chef and has done over 30 private dinings including pop ups in a span of one year.

His dishes are inspired by local and Asian ingredients, flavours and memories growing up with a play of innovative techniques honed during his formative years as a young chef. His dishes also have some influence from his Portuguese heritage with Malaysian and Indian influences.
