About the workshop

In this 2-hour workshop, January invites you to join her in a series of exercises that focuses on the importance of mindfulness through movement. January will also be sharing basic fundamentals of Odissi, a Classical East-Indian dance form, as a way to return to the body. . To conclude we will end with a slow-silent walk in the garden to still the mind and breath.


* No dance experience required.

** Mothers and daughters are encouraged.

*** Open to all above the age of 10 years old.

**** Come in cool comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
