The Art of Self Tying is inspired by the Japanese art of Shibari.

In this 2 hour workshop, Lisa will be guiding participants in a grounding mindfulness-based practice, through the art of rope tying. By gently tying yourself up, you guide your senses to come into your body through the sensations created through the ropes.

As the practice of mindfulness stems from awareness, we will observe the sensations created through this act. The ropes will be tools of connecting to ourselves, coming back into our body, letting go of mindlessness, and surrendering into the present moment.

The session will be kept to a small group.
