About the Event
Tracy specialises in cuisine from the region of her Italian husband, Alberto's origin, Emilia-Romagna, which is a food haven for its Parmigiano Reggiano cheese & Parma ham. Her cooking is also influenced by the neighbouring coastal region of Liguria. Driven by the passion to share authentic home-cooked Italian food, Tracy runs the Pittolo Private Kitchen which has served hundreds of diners.
