Her culinary prowess has also captured the attention of television audiences, as she takes the helm of her own cooking show, "Fast Indian Cooking by Sapna," aired on DISCOVERY + INDIA & ASIAN FOOD NETWORK TV for two successful seasons. Beyond the screen, Sapna's culinary wisdom is immortalised in her two bestselling cookbooks, "New Indian Kitchen" and "Fast Indian Cooking," which serve as cherished guides for enthusiasts seeking to recreate her delectable creations in their own kitchens.

Currently, Sapna dons many hats and serves as a consultant for the esteemed Souled Out group, where her culinary vision breathes new life into dining experiences. Additionally, she imparts her knowledge and expertise as an external instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Sunway, Malaysia, nurturing the next generation of culinary talent with her signature blend of tradition and innovation.
