Meet Marge — or as many know her, Bibi Margaret Gohulu — the heart and hands behind flavours that feel like home.


Marge started her food journey back in 2014 with homemade canned spreads and condiments, but after leaving the corporate world in 2020, she dove full-time into what she truly loves: cooking honest, soulful Malaysian and Bornean food using locally sourced ingredients.

She works closely with small rural farms, champions fresh produce, and brings forgotten flavours back to the table. Today, she caters for families and corporate groups, teaches cosy cooking classes, and creates beautifully curated lunch boxes.

And beyond Malaysian flavours, Marge is also a versatile cook of Mediterranean, Western, and Middle Eastern dishes — skills she picked up from her travels around the world.


Warm, passionate, and endlessly creative — Marge cooks with stories, heart, and heritage in every bite.
